In celebration of this year’s International Women’s Day we are joined by Ella Franceys of Wiser and Anna Brailsford from Code First: Girls to discuss the ever present question of how we get more women and girls interested in a career in Technology.

We’ll take a quick look at the history of women is STEM before moving on to discuss what both Wiser and Code First: Girls are doing to address the issue from both a candidate and business perspective.

We’ll look at what the perceived barriers are for women and girls, which strategies work – and which ones don’t – and since the focus this year is on #EachforEqual, we’ll be looking at what each of you could be doing to redress the balance in your organisation.

The session will run for 45 minutes, including time for Q&A with our speakers at the end.
