Belonging & Inclusion Lead
Jodie has worked with a variety of clients since she began her career in Recruitment over 10 years ago. She started off as a Recruitment Consultant, specialising in Finance and HR, and then moved into Client Relationship positions helping organisations build and run effective recruitment processes.
She has experience of running both volume and niche campaigns and is passionate about ensuring processes are efficient, engaging and reflective of a client’s brand and values from start to finish.
Client relationships and problem-solving are central to what she does and thanks to working with multi-disciplinary teams, Jodie understands the whole recruitment lifecycle from initial attraction, through to employee engagement.
Jodie is also Meet & Engage’s Belonging and Inclusion Lead and is responsible for building, implementing and communicating the company’s Belonging strategy both internally and externally.
