Ines has over 20 years of experience as a sales manager. Among others many years with a large online job portal (Monster), Vodafone and in an employer branding agency.
She has also been self-employed since 2002 with her own sales consultancy, where her focus is on long-term customer loyalty strategies. Ines’ passion in everything she does is interpersonal cooperation, inspiring others and making them successful with this conviction.
For her, being successful in sales means getting to know the customer, understanding his business and establishing good communication at eye level. Only in this way is it possible to find the right solution for them and to support and assist them as long as they want and need it.
