We use the platform right across our hiring areas. For graduates we use it to chat about specific programmes but we also run sessions to help them be their best at interview or assessment centre. We also use chat for our retail stores and call centres, keeping candidates engaged before assessment or at other key stages.

We have been blown away by the success of the chats for experienced hires. We invite sourced or talent pooled candidates to meet with us online. We’ve had great turn-outs for hard to recruit roles like project and programme management and cyber security professionals.
