Police Now is an independent social enterprise working with over 30 forces – throughout England and Wales – to find outstanding police officers and detectives.
Becoming a police officer is a complex process of selection and vetting and Police Now wanted to ensure a great candidate experience.
Working with Meet & Engage, Police Now implemented a FAQ chatbot to automate parts of the exploratory process which hands over to 1-2-1 Live Chat. The team also run regular group chats, to inform and support candidates throughout their recruitment journey.
