What happens when you realise your on-campus events aren’t actually leading to applications?

That was the reality facing npower who, following a piece of internal research, discovered only 2.5% of those who they chatted with at on-campus careers events went on to apply to one of their graduate schemes. They still wanted to be able to connect with students but needed to look at more innovative and cost-effective ways of doing so.

  • Increasing assessment centre attendance by inviting candidates to a pre-event chat
