Meet & Engage has been an invaluable tool in allowing us to continue to build on the relationships developed with candidates we have met on campus, as well as engage with individuals at campuses that we have been unable to visit. This enables us to provide a greater insight into the company and our Graduate and Internship programmes. It’s really easy for candidates to log onto a chat from home or on the move.

The Meet & Engage platform has provided a great source of feedback on how we position our programmes. Feedback from one chat helped us to think about how we describe certain programmes and we’re planning in further chats in this area.

The system has been extremely easy to use and the support provided by the team is excellent with a number of walk-through sessions as well as support available when the events are taking place. Additionally responses to queries have been quick and the team readily share their knowledge on how to attract and improve the delivery of events. Overall I have found this an absolutely excellent addition to our candidate attraction and engagement strategy.
