Client Services Executive
Role Title: Client Services Executive
Reporting To: Head of Operations and Client Care
Location: Leicester, UK
This is a wide-ranging role, primarily supporting the commercial area of our business. Your day might involve helping to onboard a new client with training and best practice guidance; desk-based research; identifying potential clients, researching a new market, and speaking with and supporting existing clients. You’ll also support our Client Partners with their business proposals and client training.

However, due to the current pandemic, a mix of home working and limited socially-distanced office working will be offered.

To provide responsive and thorough support to your Client Partners which in turns leads our clients to renew and expand their use of our technology. To have happy and informed clients.

Client training and support
To provide initial and ongoing support and training to new and existing clients on our technology platforms. Helping clients to make the most of their licence agreements by providing best practice guidance and advice. Be the first line of support for any technical queries and identify who within the business is best to assist in finding a solution.
Report creation and dissemination
Put monthly reports together based on client activity across our technology. This will involve downloading reports, understanding the data, and then creating client-friendly documents to present the information. Support Client Partners in creating presentations and supporting documents to help in the development of client relationships.
New business research
To conduct desk-based research into targeted business sectors as identified by the team to identify potential clients but also better understand the scope of the market at the time.
Direct marketing and brand-building
To build up a personal LinkedIn list of contacts and to develop and /or share interesting pieces relevant to the market in order to raise the profile of the brand and product.

Our clients are primarily UK-based, but we have an ever-growing presence overseas, particularly in the US, Europe and Asia Pacific.
