My passion for people and change means I’m always thinking about the commercial opportunity to enhance businesses and the great people they attract, retain and develop. I mentor women wishing to transition from their employer jobs to setting up a new business aligned to their passion and as a board member of a primary school, focused on the right educational start which supports learning in later years.
