Having fallen into recruitment (like most people) in 1999, I worked agency side at the start of my careers covering everything from Engineering and Technology through to Finance and Procurement.

For the last 8 years I have been in-house focusing heavily on transformation, innovation, recruitment marketing, Employer Branding, attraction and EVP development. It’s critical to me that during everything I do I keep candidate experience at the center.

As a data and technology geek I love looking and evaluating technology as an enabler to excellence and piloting new and often exciting platforms.
