Ali worked for many years as an independent consultant managing projects spanning employer brand, recruitment, employability and retention across a variety of sectors. Ali’s experiences as an in-house recruitment leader, covering both volume and experienced hires has given her a depth of understanding around the challenges organisations face and a passion for putting candidate experience firmly on the agenda. Ali is excited about the possibilities technology can offer businesses who want to create engaging candidate experiences and increase advocacy.
Ali and her team work with our customers to share insight and ideas and to ensure maximum return on investment.
Graham Shroll
Technical Director
Graham is a technical expert in the field of recruitment and candidate experience technology with a background spanning web and desktop development, enterprise solution architecture and user experience design. Graham believes that at its core, all technology should be simple and intuitive to use, placing the user at the heart of the experience.
Despite managing our development, innovation and support team, Graham still has a passion for meeting with customers for creative discussions that continue to push the boundaries of our platform.
David Clancy
Operations Director
David has a diverse and varied background working as a senior manager in large, corporate organisations. David also brings significant experience to his role as Operations Director, drawing on his knowledge of building and managing companies in the technology and recruitment space. Based in Singapore, David is responsible for managing client relationships in the region, as well as influencing the development of our product set to reflect the wants and needs of candidates and employers in the area.
Lara Lang
Relationship Manager
Lara has worked within some of the leading recruitment communications agencies in London, spanning more than a decade. Her experience lies in multi-channel strategies and delivery across employer branding and web projects. She has a natural passion for developing and building client relationships and has rolled out a number of high profile projects and campaigns. Having recently returned from maternity leave, Lara is excited to bring her experience and knowledge to a forward thinking business with engagement and technology at its core.
Sarah Brown
Relationship Manager
Sarah has worked within the recruitment communications business for nearly 18 years, allowing for a stint at a branding and marketing agency along the way. Her grassroots training, by learning from some of the industry’s best, has meant that forging long-lasting client relationships built on delivering robust and effective recruitment solutions is a the heart of everything she does. With experience of managing projects across the broad recruitment mix, she understands the importance of employee engagement at every point and how this should help streamline the process for both employer and candidate – making life simpler for all.
Jodie Grove
Relationship Manager
Jodie has worked with a variety of clients since she began her career in Recruitment over 10 years ago. She started off as a Recruitment Consultant, specialising in Finance and HR, and then moved into Client Relationship positions helping organisations build and run effective recruitment processes. She has experience of running both volume and niche campaigns and is passionate about ensuring processes are efficient, engaging and reflective of a client's brand and values from start to finish. Client relationships and problem solving are central to what she does and thanks to working with multi-disciplinary teams, Jodie understands the whole recruitment lifecycle from initial attraction, through to employee engagement.

Luis is real believer in technology to support a more responsive and intuitive experience for candidates. With a background in recruitment communications, Luis understands the role an employer brand plays as well as the priorities faced by many large recruiting businesses. This unique experience puts Luis in a great place to grow our presence in the market and work consultatively with clients to understand their needs.
Minal Sherwin
Business Support
Minal works with our customers to support them with any technology related queries and helps us to ensure the rest of our business works smoothly. This includes data collection and MI, social media marketing activity and implementation support. Minal believes that customer service is right at the core of what we do and brings her diverse business support skills to each challenge.
Alistair Osborne
Alistair is a freshly graduated student of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics from Aberystwyth University, with a particular interest in the practical application of machine learning. Alistair believes AI will be at the forefront of business in the not too distant future, and his work for Meet & Engage helps demonstrate new ways this can improve efficiency both to clients and the business itself.

Claire’s huge knowledge spans global emerging talent campaigns, social trends and industry-leading research, optimisation and measurement. Kirstie’s wealth of knowledge in the employer brand and recruitment technology market gives her a unique perspective on what candidates and employers need from the recruitment process. A regular speaker at conferences and industry events, Kirstie has experience of working with global brands, understanding their resourcing requirements and translating them into solutions. Our relationship with Kirstie gives us another critical view on the market and how the candidate experience can be driven by technology.

Working alongside institutions to bring innovation into the student recruitment experience, Kathy ensures that our customers make full use of the platform. Well networked in the sector and with a background in student marketing, Kathy also has valuable experience working for major employers supporting graduate recruitment projects.
